An event is one pageview or one custom event your sites send.
When you reach your limit
- Free. Recording stops once the month's 10,000 events are used, and starts again when the new month begins. Nothing already recorded is lost.
- Pro. The included events are an allowance, not a cut-off. When they run out, Tidemark uses any extra event packs you have bought. If there are none left, recording pauses until you buy a pack or the period resets.
We email you at 80% and again at 100% of the events available to you, so you can top up before anything pauses.
Data history
Tidemark deletes raw data older than your plan keeps (180 days on Free, 5 years on Pro). Upgrading keeps more from then on; it cannot bring back data that was already deleted.
Prices are in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
